The history of Market Umbrellas

The history of Market Umbrellas can be traced back to the late 19th century in the United States. At that time, most patio umbrellas in the United States were upright, with limited shade coverage and were easily blown over by the wind. To address these issues, an American inventor designed a new type of patio umbrella, with a post that could tilt to the side, increasing the shade coverage and also improving stability. This new umbrella was called the cantilever patio umbrella.
